Business Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for incentive tool releases and projects
• Produce monthly and ad-hoc analytical reports for various levels of management
• Model data and provide strategic recommendations for incentive plans
• Manage plan configuration within incentive tools
• Support data integrity analysis and the auto-load of data feeds
• Assist with monthly incentive processing and audits
• Recommend process improvements to reduce re-work and drive efficiency
• Collaborate with Business Transformation partners in an agile setting

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of GCP, Python, Postgres, or other database programs
• Demonstrated experience in code configurations
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts
• Experience in reporting and data management, including web-based reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingualism (French & English)
• Experience with BI platforms or Data Studio reports
• Agile Project Management designations or experience
• Knowledge of TELUS marketing, sales, provisioning, or billing systems
