Business Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into analytical requirements and define expected outputs
• Create analytical approaches to solve problems in alignment with stakeholder expectations
• Execute scalable solutions using scripting, data extraction, and data visualization
• Triangulate data from multiple sources to ensure high data fidelity
• Perform deep-dive analysis on key metrics to identify root causes and process gaps
• Communicate analytical insights and project progress effectively to stakeholders and team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
• 5+ years of experience with Excel, including VBA, pivot tables, and array functions
• 5+ years of experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• 3+ years of experience in business or financial analysis
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
