Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage CAP/FAT for specific segments (Pet or Shopping) and present indicators autonomously
• Run complex analyses using SQL and Databricks to investigate cancellations, availability, and stockouts
• Develop and maintain analytical query pipelines for data extraction and transformation
• Create AI-driven automations to reduce diagnostic time and generate automatic alerts
• Lead end-to-end initiatives with Product teams, from diagnosis to impact monitoring
• Diagnose operational processes to identify root causes and propose efficiency improvements
• Build analytical views and reports for leadership decision-making
• Document workflows and act as a technical focal point for internal areas

Requirements

• Mastery of SQL and Databricks for large-scale queries
• Strong data analysis and indicator modeling skills
• Causal thinking with a focus on root cause analysis
• Autonomy to manage end-to-end projects and stakeholder alignment
• Clear and adaptable communication skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership
• Ability to transform analyses into actionable plans and presentations
• Hands-on profile with an 80/20 priority focus
• Ability to design AI automations and define governance criteria

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketplaces, retail, or products involving inventory and availability
• Experience creating AI automations such as agents, pipelines, or intelligent alerts
• Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools for executive dashboards
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Excel for ad hoc analysis
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
• Experience in data storytelling for leadership forums
