Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end resolution of production incidents and perform root cause analysis to minimize business impact
• Analyze business and system issues to identify root causes and recommend technical solutions
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and support issue resolution
• Support testing activities including validation of fixes, defect retesting, and test case execution
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support automation initiatives, including AI-enabled workflows
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI to monitor platform health
• Maintain operational documentation, including runbooks, procedures, and knowledge artifacts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services or pension domain
• Proficiency in SQL or other data querying tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Experience using incident management tools like ServiceNow
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI
• Exposure to testing methodologies including UAT, integration, and regression testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies
• Familiarity with automation technologies, scripting, or workflow platforms
• Awareness of AI-enabled or Agentic automation concepts
