About the role
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end resolution of production incidents and perform root cause analysis to minimize business impact
- Analyze business and system issues to identify root causes and recommend technical solutions
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and support issue resolution
- Support testing activities including validation of fixes, defect retesting, and test case execution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support automation initiatives, including AI-enabled workflows
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI to monitor platform health
- Maintain operational documentation, including runbooks, procedures, and knowledge artifacts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services or pension domain
- Proficiency in SQL or other data querying tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Experience using incident management tools like ServiceNow
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI
- Exposure to testing methodologies including UAT, integration, and regression testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies
- Familiarity with automation technologies, scripting, or workflow platforms
- Awareness of AI-enabled or Agentic automation concepts
