HELPLINE specializes in user support outsourcing and the implementation of an augmented employee experience through AI. As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides IT asset management, application support, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) services to over 200 clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Handle functional assistance requests, work orders, or configuration tasks within the service domain
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage and resolve incidents
• Collect requirements, build, plan, and refine user stories, including writing management rules
• Collaborate with developers to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Define test strategies, prepare test stories using Xray, and execute manual tests throughout the project lifecycle
• Update business and functional product documentation, including business processes and data referencing
• Participate in or organize scoping sessions alongside Product Owners or functional experts
• Contribute to all agile ceremonies and refinement sessions

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Computer Science
• Several years of confirmed experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency with JIRA and Xray for testing
• Proficiency with SQL queries
• Mastery of Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in Montpellier (Hérault department)
