Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in studies and requirement expression
• Write functional specifications including acceptance criteria
• Act as a liaison with internal teams
• Execute validation and acceptance testing for products
• Assist internal teams with ODIGO tool configuration (voice orchestration, chat, etc.)
• Produce synthesis and presentation deliverables
• Collaborate closely with software publishing partners

Requirements

• Several years of confirmed experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience within the banking or finance sector
