Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops to collect and analyze business and end-user needs
- Translate requirements into functional specifications or User Stories
- Design and write test plans for various projects
- Perform functional testing (QA), validate deliveries, and track anomalies with development teams
- Analyze, qualify, track, and correct reported incidents
- Support and train business users on digital tools and platforms
