Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and evaluate impacts on processes and tools
• Scope projects, lead workshops, and design functional solutions
• Write User Stories, contribute to backlog prioritization, and support development teams
• Define and execute functional testing strategies (XRAY or equivalent)
• Support users during deployments and provide level 2 functional support
• Collaborate with business, product, and IT teams in an Agile environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Analysis within an Agile environment
• Mastery of requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and User Story writing
• Experience with functional testing
• Strong analytical, communication, and synthesis skills
• Autonomy, rigor, and proactive mindset
• Knowledge of the banking and credit sector is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Scrum methodology
• Familiarity with XRAY or similar testing tools
