Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and documentation analysis
• Translate requirements into software epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile and Hybrid delivery ceremonies and support backlog grooming
• Support software development by testing user stories and providing technical guidance
• Develop integration documentation including architecture diagrams and data flow diagrams
• Perform integration testing using tools like Postman
• Contribute to solution design leveraging React, microservices, and UX best practices
• Support deployment of development, test, and production environments
• Analyze system performance and KPIs to provide data-driven insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst
• 3+ years of experience in Agile methodology
• Strong experience with React libraries and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman
• Knowledge of Jira, Figma, Confluence, and Swagger
• Deep understanding of software development principles and integration architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the banking industry
• Certifications in Cloud (Azure), API Design, or Business Analysis
• Knowledge of Generative AI
• Proficiency in PowerBI or Process Engineering
