Responsibilities

• Drive analysis and requirement work in projects and change initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and collect needs from the business
• Map processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Create process flows, sketches, and prototypes to visualize solutions
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, test leaders, and architects
• Ensure that requirements and solutions are clear, anchored, and feasible
• Contribute to the development of internal ways of working regarding analysis and requirement management

Requirements

• Experience in analysis, requirement management, product development, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of the interplay between business, processes, and technical solutions
• Ability to build trust and create consensus between business, product, and development stakeholders
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving dialogues
• Visual working style with ability to use tools like Figma for process flows or wireframes
• Curiosity regarding AI and digitalization
• Fluency in Swedish and good command of English
