Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models using Python to forecast trends and identify business development risks.
• Drive process automation by identifying inefficiencies and automating workflows and data transfers.
• Derive concrete business scenarios and decision templates for management from complex data analyses.
• Design and implement scalable Power BI dashboards and reports to serve as a "Single Source of Truth."
• Establish data standards and provide training to departments on new analytical tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Multi-year experience in Data Science, Business Analysis, Controlling, or Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Python (for forecasting and automation), Power BI (including DAX), and SQL.
• Proven ability to model forecasts, KPI dashboards, and management reports.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for AI and digitalization.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
