Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and technical solutions for digital projects
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables
- Manage the documentation process for business requirement collection
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify gaps
- Convert general business goals into detailed functional and technical requirements
- Design workflows and processes
- Collaborate with software delivery teams to align business needs with technical capabilities
- Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and develop test plans
- Manage the requirements change process
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science
- 5 to 6 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in computer applications
