Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture functional and non-functional needs.
• Analyze current-state (AS-IS) and define target-state (TO-BE) processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) including process flows, data needs, and success criteria.
• Convert requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Jira.
• Maintain product backlog hygiene, including prioritization, dependencies, and story readiness.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (development, QA, architecture, and UX/UI).
• Support Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating test scenarios and coordinating defect triage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or software delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for story writing, workflows, and backlog management.
• Strong documentation skills for BRDs and user stories.
• Proficiency with Confluence and diagramming tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum/Agile BA.
• Experience working within enterprise-level digital transformation programs.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and performing data analysis.
• Arabic language skills.
