Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and interviews to capture functional and non-functional requirements
• Analyze AS-IS and define TO-BE processes for automation and optimization
• Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Convert requirements into epics, features, and user stories in Jira
• Maintain product backlog hygiene and support sprint planning
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support QA by validating test scenarios and coordinating UAT readiness
• Track outcomes to ensure delivered functionality meets business KPIs

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or software delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio or Lucidchart
• Strong documentation skills for BRDs and user stories
• Experience in enterprise-level digital transformation programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum/Agile BA
• Proficiency with Miro or FigJam
• Experience with UX/UI collaboration and data analysis
• Arabic language skills
