About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and process discovery for SCM streams
- Translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions with minimal customization
- Prepare functional documentation including FDDs, configuration workbooks, and AS-IS/TO-BE process maps
- Align functional solutions across Procurement, Inventory, WMS, Sales, Planning, and Finance integration
- Manage D365 SCM modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, WMS, and Master Planning
- Oversee industry-specific processes such as scrap management, recycling, and production control
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and extensions
- Facilitate UAT/SIT, defect triage, and go-live support
Requirements
- 7-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in D365 SCM/ERP SCM
- Proven track record of completing at least 2 end-to-end D365 implementations
- Experience within the Manufacturing, Fabrication, Metal, Pipe, Copper, or Aluminium industries
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (F&O)
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft MB-330 (D365 SCM Functional Consultant) certification
- Microsoft MB-300 or MB-310 certifications
