Form Energy is an American manufacturing and energy technology company revolutionizing energy storage with cost-effective, multi-day technology designed to keep the electric grid secure and reliable. We are scaling up battery manufacturing at our first high-volume facility in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to refine technical requirements and product backlogs
• Manage end-to-end delivery of software features, tracking timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Translate functional requirements into technical tasks, including API specifications and data flow diagrams
• Lead technical troubleshooting and provide first-tier support for software issues on the factory floor
• Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans
• Analyze operational data and system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks
• Facilitate technical syncs and maintain technical documentation and training materials

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical project management or business analysis in software or manufacturing
• Proficiency managing technical lifecycles using Jira
• Strong technical aptitude with understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases, and system integrations
• Ability to translate business goals into structured technical documentation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting software-hardware interactions in high-pressure environments
• Passion for building scalable digital solutions for operational excellence
