Business Analyst - Food & Beverage

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand catering and F&B challenges, constraints, and opportunities
• Analyse operational, commercial, and performance data to uncover trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Define meaningful KPIs and performance measures for F&B operations
• Develop clear, actionable reporting and dashboards to support decision-making and operational visibility
• Co-design process, system, and reporting solutions with business and technical teams
• Identify automation and optimisation opportunities within catering operations
• Support implementation and embed continuous improvement practices across the portfolio

Requirements

• Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to present data clearly
• Experience leading workshops, facilitating discussions, and engaging diverse stakeholders
• Proven capability in business process mapping and process design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High initiative and strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities
• Experience working in operational, commercial, or service-driven environments (F&B or facility services experience highly regarded)
