Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis based on customer forecasts, ODM demand, and open backlog to support supply site revenue projection and priority allocation.
• Oversee end-to-end order management processes, including sales order analysis, entry, validation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers, handling demand fulfillment from initial prediction through to order payment.
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies such as delays or shortages to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage delivery precision metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Delivery Lead Time (LT), for global supply sites.
• Coordinate shipment instructions with forwarders and support customer RMA handling.
• Drive improvements in order scheduling and process optimization to meet customer request dates.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical or business-related field.
• 3 years of experience in order management and business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of international trade processes.
• Proficiency in managing complex order fulfillment workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the electronics industry.
• Experience as an ERP system super user.
