About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform data analysis using Python to generate insights and support decision-making
- Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Use AI/LLM tools to improve documentation and data analysis productivity
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and data manipulation using Pandas
- Experience writing SQL queries for data extraction and cleaning
- Proven ability to prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Experience with data visualization and creating actionable reports
- Basic understanding of APIs and working with CSV, Excel, and JSON data
- Ability to create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and workflow documentation
