Business Analyst - Finance IT

Responsibilities

• Serve as the FI/CO module expert, ensuring the continuity and evolution of financial and management control processes
• Contribute to finance domain projects, including automation, digitalization of financial flows, and S/4HANA migration
• Monitor and resolve incidents and evolution requests related to the FI/CO module
• Control and optimize financial interfaces and workflows
• Act as the primary point of contact for business teams (Finance, Management Control)
• Participate in the design and maintenance of chart of accounts and analytical structures
• Contribute to documentation and user training for Finance IT evolutions
• Ensure technological monitoring and compliance of SAP solutions (OSS notes, security, etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management IT, ideally within an industrial environment
• Mastery of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including interface and workflow management
• Strong knowledge of closing processes and analytical reporting
• Proven ability to analyze and model complex processes and propose innovative solutions
• Knowledge of SAP security requirements and regulatory best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support change management
• Proactive, rigorous, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
