Business Analyst Finance

Responsibilities

• Supervise monthly loading of the Finance database, ensuring data completeness and consistency
• Identify, analyze, and resolve data anomalies in collaboration with technical and business teams
• Provide advanced functional support for financial management
• Gather and analyze user requirements for complex financial management issues (interest margins, cost/revenue matching, interest rate risks)
• Write detailed functional specifications and design User Stories in an Agile environment
• Prepare and execute functional test plans and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Coordinate functional activities across various stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Finance Department or Banking IT service
• Advanced knowledge of banking finance (liquidity management, ALM, interest rate risks, NBI, outstanding balances)
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Squad model)
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Mastery of JIRA, Confluence, and advanced Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge the gap between developers and business units
