Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end sales processes across key workflows
• Create structured process maps using BPMN or flow diagrams
• Define and execute QA frameworks and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Design and develop commercial operations training materials and playbooks
• Support governance of commercial processes and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within Sales or Commercial Operations
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills
• Experience in QA, UAT, and testing frameworks
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear specifications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Familiarity with sales processes like forecasting and pipeline management
• Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio
• Exposure to Agile or product delivery environments
