Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end sales processes and create structured process maps
• Define and execute QA frameworks, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Design and develop commercial operations training materials and playbooks
• Support governance of commercial processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within Sales or Commercial Operations
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills
• Experience in QA, UAT, and testing frameworks
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear specifications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Familiarity with sales processes such as forecasting and pipeline management
• Experience using documentation tools like Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio
• Exposure to Agile or product delivery environments
