Responsibilities

• Review data artifacts to ensure that data transformations are accurate and reporting correctly communicates the metrics in question
• Build out tooling to scale and automate client reporting while ensuring data is trustworthy
• Support contribution to team's github code repositories with strong Python and SQL skills
• Create high-impact visualizations and business cases that demonstrate the ROI of AI integration to B2B clients
• Translate complex model behaviors into actionable insights for claims adjusters and executive leadership
• Collaborate with senior DS&I team members to define "Success Events" for new AI features

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, script development)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
• Proven ability to explain AI recommendations to non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Disability Insurance, FinTech, or a SaaS company leveraging Machine Learning
• Familiarity with claims management workflows and duration compression concepts
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape of disability insurance
