Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business, functional, and technical requirements through cross-functional gathering sessions.
• Translate business rules and process flows into User Stories, System Process Flows, and Wireframes using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
• Diagram current and future state business and system processes.
• Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) mapping source and target systems.
• Act as a technical liaison between Business Operations, IT, Security, Compliance, and clients.
• Support projects post-deployment during hypercare and perform research into project-related issues.
• Proactively identify potential changes in project scope, issues, and risks to devise contingency plans.
• Mentor and supervise junior Business Analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience working within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
• Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, defining business rules, and testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Project, Visio, and Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare or Patient Services.
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
