Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business, functional, and technical requirements through cross-functional gathering sessions
• Translate business rules and process flows into User Stories, System Process Flows, and Wireframes using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Visio
• Diagram current and future state business and system processes
• Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) mapping source to target systems
• Create user documentation, work instructions, and procedures
• Act as a technical liaison between business operations, IT, security, and compliance teams
• Proactively identify project scope changes, issues, and risks to devise contingency plans
• Mentor and supervise junior Business Analysts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
• 2+ years of experience working within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry
• Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, defining business rules, and testing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Project, Visio, and Excel
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare or Patient Services
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
