Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions for business, functional, and technical needs
• Translate business rules and process flows into User Stories, Wireframes, and System Process Flows using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Visio
• Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) mapping source to target systems
• Diagram current and future state business and system processes
• Act as a technical liaison between Business Operations, IT, Security, Compliance, and Clients
• Create user documentation, work instructions, and procedures
• Proactively identify project scope changes, issues, and risks to devise contingency plans
• Mentor and supervise junior Business Analysts

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry
• Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology
• Proven experience in collecting, defining, and testing business requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare or Patient Services
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
