Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to gather, clarify, and manage business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams
• Evaluate business value and prioritize requirements and features based on business objectives
• Monitor, track, and validate new features after release and provide documentation and user training
• Support issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution related to the product ecosystem
• Define, track, and ensure the accuracy of business and operational metrics for stakeholders
• Aggregate data and create insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in English (all four skills)
• Knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN or flowchart diagrams
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Knowledge of system architecture and solution design
• BA degree or above

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
