Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams to uphold project scope.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements, ensuring solutions meet end-user needs and compliance standards.
• Document business requirements in structured formats for translation into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support the full project development lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide guidance or coaching to junior team members.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in Collateral management.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in stakeholder management and requirement elicitation.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
• Familiarity with data management tools like Collibra.
• Professional business analysis certifications (e.g., CCBA).
