Business Analyst - Digital Banking

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and technical analysis documents
• Analyze and test APIs and Open Banking APIs
• Prepare comprehensive test cases covering all aspects of the project scope
• Manage the defect life cycle and provide execution status reporting
• Support customer incidents, investigations, and coordinate timely fixes
• Conduct SIT/UAT testing, including test scope analysis and regression testing
• Consult with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems
• Track and document changes to business specifications
• Create user documentation, instructions, procedures, and training materials
• Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Banking IT departments
• At least 4 years of experience implementing Corporate, Mobile, or Retail banking solutions
• Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing and testing APIs or Open Banking APIs
• Strong knowledge of Payment and Swift Standards
• Good knowledge of Equation or Core Banking systems
• Proven experience in SIT/UAT testing within a banking environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to join within a 2-week to 1-month timeframe
