Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between IT and business units to gather, analyze, and document technology requirements
• Develop business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
• Monitor and assess system control features to identify vulnerabilities or control gaps
• Assist in the development, implementation, and testing of IT security procedures and quality assurance processes
• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, A/V systems, and mobile devices
• Manage ticket queues and maintain detailed documentation for audit readiness
• Maintain and reconcile IT asset inventories, including software licenses and equipment assignments
• Prepare and process IT Purchase Requests (IPRs) and coordinate with procurement
• Support mobile device lifecycle management including MDM enrollment and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree with 24 semester credits in computer science or a related field and 2 years of software experience
• OR a high school diploma and 6 years of satisfactory software experience
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a project leader capacity or as a major contributor on a complex project
• Experience in designing, programming, debugging, or maintaining computer software applications or databases
