Business Analyst: Demand Planning and Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the US demand forecast across SKUs, sizes, and colors
• Translate sales trends, customer insights, and inventory data into a reliable demand signal
• Submit demand plans to the EU supply chain team and align on supply timing and constraints
• Manage inventory across multiple US warehouse locations, including rebalancing stock
• Work closely with 3PL partners to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient fulfillment
• Build and maintain Excel and BI-based models for demand forecasting and logistics performance
• Act as a key point of coordination between operations, sales, and customer service
• Support the US COO on operational and strategic projects to build scalable processes

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain, operations, or logistics
• Advanced Excel and BI skills
• Proven experience in demand planning
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with limited structure
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor M3 or other ERP systems
