Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency
• Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance
• Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models to guide decision-making
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to execute business strategies

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a business or data analysis role
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Strong experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports
• Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis
• Strong statistical and predictive modeling skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to convey technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
