Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research client context, industry, and technical requirements for pitching presentations
• Stay updated on the latest Tech, AI, and IT advancements and use cases
• Evaluate business cases, dissect problem statements, and form hypotheses
• Collect requirement specifications and turn them into functional designs and implementation phases
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers to deliver high-quality presentation slides and specification documents
• Work with the Chief Business Officer and Sales team to drive the AI project pipeline
• Manage relationships and communication with C-level and Senior Executive clients
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including CEO, CTO, and Data Science teams
• Oversee resources to ensure timely and high-quality pitching presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a business analyst or in a related field within a software house
• Experience in Consulting, AI/ML, Startups, or Sales is a plus
• Strong analytical, logical, and conceptual thinking skills to structure quantitative and qualitative data
• Ability to present and influence C-level executives
• Advanced proficiency in English and Thai (written and oral)
• High competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong multitasking and project management capabilities
