Business Analyst Customer Engagement

Responsibilities

• Perform structured analysis of new business demands and challenge requirements in exchange with stakeholders and Product Owners
• Translate business needs into clear user requirement specifications, test cases, and test scripts
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of core ecosystem capabilities and align them with Enterprise Architects
• Drive minor projects independently, including project management, stakeholder orchestration, and solution design
• Support the adoption of digital capabilities in collaboration with Product Owners
• Ensure full coverage of business scenarios and acceptance criteria during testing activities

Requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration (with IT focus), or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business or IT roles within Tech, Pharma, Digital Agency, or Consultancy
• Proven track record in customer engagement systems (CRM, Customer Master Data, Sales & Marketing platforms) within the pharmaceutical industry
• Practical knowledge of Veeva Vault concepts and Veeva Commercial Cloud products
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to simplify complex topics for various stakeholders
• Fluent English communication skills
