Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve design questions
• Analyze AS-IS processes and design TO-BE business processes
• Elicit, consolidate, and maintain business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, user story definition, and implementation tracking
• Support functional testing and track defects, issues, and change requests
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine user experience and usability
• Prepare user-oriented documentation, training materials, and manuals
• Support the Project Manager in risk management, quality assurance, and project control activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of relevant working experience
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with Azure cloud environment and Azure DevOps
