Responsibilities

• Collect and prioritize business requirements with key-users and business owners
• Analyze new business requirements and assess impact/gaps in collaboration with stakeholders
• Produce project specifications and act as an interface between business experts and service providers
• Provide level 2 support to end-users and training on the eFront platform
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Assist developers with business and functional aspects of projects, including migrations and data cleaning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within financial organizations
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience testing IT applications in the financial domain
• Knowledge of Private Equity (PE) business and eFront software
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
• C1 level English writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of EIF business
• BA certification
