Responsibilities
- Review Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and prepare Functional Specifications for development and testing
- Perform business process analysis and mapping
- Manage the defect life cycle and provide execution status reporting
- Conduct test scope analysis and regression testing
- Support the implementation and support of the Finastra EQUATION Core Banking System
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of continuous experience in Finastra EQUATION Core Banking System support and implementation
- Proven experience in preparing BRS and Functional Specifications
- Strong skills in business process analysis and mapping
- Experience with defect life cycle management and regression testing
- Solid understanding of systems integration with Core Banking systems
- Ability to join within a 2-week to 1-month timeframe
