Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Evaluate business processes and develop optimized solutions
• Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows
• Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and management teams
• Use data analysis and reporting tools to generate actionable insights
• Support project management activities including timeline planning and resource coordination
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Monitor implemented solutions to ensure desired outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in an analytical role
• Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
