Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Evaluate business processes and develop optimized solutions
- Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and management teams
- Use data analysis and reporting tools to generate actionable insights
- Support project management activities including timeline planning and resource coordination
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Monitor implemented solutions to ensure desired outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in an analytical role
- Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
