Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate end-to-end business requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with merchants to ensure timely execution
• Identify and open new market opportunities with different merchants
• Collaborate with Merchants, IT, and Business Managers for successful project implementation
• Document business cases, process flows, data models, and user stories on Jira
• Oversee planning and execution of multiple concurrent software development projects
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
• Evaluate and implement enterprise-wide solutions aligned with organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of product management experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership role within the software industry
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
