Business Analyst Consultant - ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Support the migration and redesign of workplace services within the ServiceNow ecosystem, transitioning to a scalable application-based structure.
• Analyze current services, workflows, roles, and processes to document functional and business requirements.
• Redesign workflows, forms, roles, and service structures while identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to configure applications, forms, tables, and workflows based on business needs.
• Support testing and incident resolution, including planning, validation, and issue tracking.
• Create process diagrams, documentation, and project materials to support implementation and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow or similar SaaS platforms.
• Experience designing service catalog items, automations, and workflows.
• Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JIRA (or similar platforms).
• Fluency in English and one other official Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese).
• Must be a citizen of one of the 48 IDB member countries and eligible to work in the specified locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, workplace services, or Asset Management.
• Relevant certifications such as Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
