Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis to support project managers in defining scope and objectives
• Analyze business processes for new and revised business applications
• Elicit functional requirements from product owners and business sponsors
• Document requirements meetings and develop user stories and UML diagrams
• Work with developers to generate and refine solution mockups
• Collect and document preliminary data requirements
• Assist in designing technical specifications for complex integrated systems
• Assist with development testing

Requirements

• 2-5 years of active professional experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience participating in JAD sessions and requirements gathering
• Proficiency with analysis models including ERD, Data Models, State Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams
• Familiarity with process analysis, decomposition, and EBP definition
• Ability to communicate gaps and concerns to both business and technical teams
• Bachelor's Degree
