Business Analyst - Configuration Management

Responsibilities

• Define technical and functional designs for application and infrastructure components to align with strategic business goals
• Serve as the primary liaison between Product Management and technical teams to ensure solution integrity
• Support IT Product Managers in service planning and documentation of future requirements and benefits
• Lead activities across the full application development lifecycle, including research, design, testing, and implementation
• Implement quality requirements within the Agile Release Train (ART) and foster "Built-In Quality" practices
• Define solution models and patterns to guide decision-making and future IT product direction
• Collaborate with Electrical Steering Functional Architects to expand electrical capabilities and deploy the APS System

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional experience in Business Analysis
• Proven expertise in Configuration Steering, Product Structure, and Data Distribution
• Strong knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology and Product Owner activities
• Experience with PLM tools such as 3DExperience, PASS, or APS
• Technical fluency in relational databases and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Advanced proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
