Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and maintenance of SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand how OTC integrates with SD, FI, and MM modules
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Support integration activities with third-party systems such as tax engines and invoicing platforms
• Participate in system testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support optimization initiatives
• Assist in documenting process flows, configuration details, and user guides
• Support data validation, migration activities, and system upgrades

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in SAP FTM, FI, or related finance functional areas
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of SAP Finance (FI) processes, including general ledger and accounts payable
• Familiarity with how SAP FI integrates with CO, MM, and SD modules
• Exposure to financial concepts such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance environments
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable, asset accounting, or controlling (CO) concepts
• Familiarity with banking interfaces or third-party financial integrations
• Experience with financial reporting tools, dashboards, or Financial Integrated Apps (e.g., Blackline)
• SAP certification or relevant finance/SAP coursework
