About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape end-to-end Global Wealth Management (GWM) journeys, specifically focusing on Client Discovery, Conversion, and Onboarding.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify business goals, user needs, and pain points within the wealth management sector.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer and advisor journey maps to highlight opportunities and dependencies.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable themes, epics, user stories, and structured process flows.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on project scope, sequencing, and value delivery.
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and design future-state workflows for improved client and advisor experiences.
  • Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure business intent is accurately reflected in technical solutions.
  • Communicate trade-offs, impacts, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders in clear business terms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in complex, enterprise-level environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer journey mapping and story mapping.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
  • Strong ability to facilitate workshops and lead cross-functional discussions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both executive and operational audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on breaking down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with public websites and digital onboarding experiences.
  • Solid understanding of wealth management, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
