Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise administrative systems and Cloud ERP solutions.
• Perform business process analysis, system design, and project coordination to support university strategic goals.
• Manage change management initiatives to drive the adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Provide user support and issue resolution, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Explore and apply artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, or a related field (related work experience may be substituted for education).
• Three years of experience supporting enterprise applications, including system analysis, testing, and configuration.
• Two years of experience in project coordination.
• Experience with report development tools or relational database programming.
• Experience in change management and driving technology adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working in a higher education or large, complex institutional environment.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including implementation and configuration.
• Knowledge of system integration across functional areas such as HR, Finance, and Student Administration.
• Experience creating training materials and documentation for non-technical audiences.
