Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HAS business operations and design new processes
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements
• Lead discussions concerning business requirements with business and technology teams
• Capture business requirements and create business process workflows
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and use cases
• Identify opportunities to improve enterprise systems and business processes
• Interface with technology providers to support test plans and conduct user acceptance testing
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure integration of technical solutions
• Establish, maintain, and monitor project plans and assignments

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work or related activities
• OR High school graduation and six years of experience in community work or related activities
• Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and use cases
• Experience creating functional requirements documents and writing test cases
• Experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
