Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements through workshops and interviews
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
• Model AS IS and TO BE processes to support solution definition
• Prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders based on value and impact
• Ensure functional traceability, alignment, and validation throughout the lifecycle
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), incident analysis, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an Enterprise Business Analyst
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies (refinement, planning, grooming)
• Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Experience working within enterprise ecosystems, preferably Azure or Microsoft
