Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define configuration requirements and develop an overall configuration strategy
• Produce requirements and functional design documentation using Agile gap analysis
• Facilitate business requirement workshops and lead customer discussions
• Create and review functional requirement documents and gap analysis using process flows and diagrams
• Configure products and business process rules to address client business challenges
• Provide input to the product management team to enhance core product features
• Support Scrum teams by clarifying domain-related queries
• Review end-to-end test strategies and test cases to ensure alignment with business scenarios
• Train end users on implemented functionalities and take ownership of end-to-end business deliverables

Requirements

• Experience performing Agile gap analysis
• Proficiency in creating functional design documentation
• Ability to lead business requirement workshops
• Expertise in developing process flows and diagrams
• Experience with product configuration and business process rules
• Ability to provide Scrum support to delivery teams
• Experience reviewing end-to-end test strategies
