Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager
• Articulate and present effective requirement proposals
• Elicit, validate, and document business requirements in BRDs or user stories
• Participate in the design process from approval to functional design completion
• Own the delivery of assigned work to successful completion
• Support the development of test strategies, plans, and test cases

Requirements

• In-depth experience preparing key business analysis deliverables
• Experience supporting end-to-end testing cycles within change initiatives
• Exposure to medium to large scale change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Analysis Accreditation(s)
• Experience working with Risk, Finance, and Treasury functions
• Basic knowledge of main asset classes and trade attributes
• Exposure to regulatory reporting systems
